The United Women in Faith of Courthouse Community United Methodist Church cordially invites crafters to join them on Saturday, November 11, 2023 for their Annual Holiday Craft Bazaar and Fish Fry. Our events help support various mission projects locally, nationally and globally, and the proceeds from this event will be used toward this cause.
LOCATION: Courthouse Community United Methodist Church is located at 2708 Princess Anne Road between the Virginia Beach Municipal Center and the Farmer’s Market at Dam Neck, just 3.6 miles south of the intersection of Lynnhaven Parkway and Princess Anne Road.
SHOW HOURS: Saturday, November 11th from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. All booths will be indoors and set-up will start at 7:00 a.m. that morning.
PROMOTION: The show will be publicized through advertisements, local newspapers and publicly posted.
EQUIPMENT: Up to two chairs will be provided at no cost. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own tables; however, a limited number of tables can be reserved at $10.00 each by pre-registering on the application. If you will need access to an electrical outlet, a fee of $10.00 per booth will be assessed. Please indicate on the application if electricity will be needed.
INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTORS: The bazaar committee reserves the right to limit the number of Independent Distributors. The bazaar committee reserves the right to select Independent Distributors to ensure a mixture of products.

The bazaar committee reserves the right to select crafters and vendors to ensure a mixture of products. The bazaar committee has the final say in any and all decisions.
VA. STATE SALES TAX: Exhibitors must individually report their taxes in accordance with VA State Law.
ENTRY FEES: An entry fee of $50.00 per booth, plus table/electricity fee (if needed) is required with your application. If you are submitting an application electronically AND are selected as a crafter, you will receive confirmation along with a link for payment. The bazaar committee reserves the right to select exhibitors to ensure a mixture of craft media.
EXHIBITOR SPACE: One 8’ x 9’ space will be provided; if you need more than the allotted 8’ x 9’ space, an additional space may be reserved for $50.00. Space assignment is solely at the discretion of the bazaar committee.
