Join us for our next sermon series!

Starting  Sunday, October 31st, we will be working through a new sermon series called "Greater Things."

Jesus says, "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also;

and greater works  than these he will do because I go to My Father."  (John 14:12, NKJV)
God is greater than worries, fears, and doubts and God does good things in us and in this world

AND God will do even greater things through us.
What is the greater thing God is ready to do in you and through you?

Update from the Post Covid  Re-entry Group for Children's Ministries

Due to the circulating and highly contagious Delta variant, CDC currently recommends universal indoor masking by all students (age 2 and older), staff, and visitors to K-12 schools, regardless of their vaccination status. Therefore, our PRG Team has decided that effective immediately, ALL participants and volunteers in children's ministry (Nursery, Sunday School, Wednesday Nights, special events, etc.) are required to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status when indoors.

Welcome to CCUMC!

We are making disciples of Jesus Christ

for the transformation of the world.

We believe a disciple is a life-long learner

who influences others to serve.

A disciple of Jesus Christ isn’t just someone who knows about Jesus, a disciple is someone who knows Jesus!

A disciple of Jesus Christ

seeks to grow closer to God and closer to others.

There are no perfect people here at Courthouse Community UMC.

What you will find here in the heart of Virginia Beach

are people, much like you-

looking for answers, asking questions,

and seeking to live and love like Jesus Christ.

We want you to know that God loves you and so do we!
