We just wanted you to know the Red Cross is seriously low on blood supply. This has been an on going problem in the summers but seems especially bad right now. We will be signing people up in the narthex this Sunday and next. We need everyone to come AND bring a friend. Everytime you hear on the news that someone is recovering in the hospital following a serious injury, you can expect they used and continue to use blood products. Surgeries, cancer treatments, sickle cell disease, just a few reasons for blood loss. There is not a season when blood donors are NOT needed. Anything you can help us do to encourage our most amazing congregation to donate blood is a appreciated.
