Rockbridge 2012 Information
We will meet at 3:30pm Friday, January 27th at church. We have chartered a 55 passenger bus and will NOT stop on the way to Rockbridge. Bring dinner with you or eat before you come. No meal will be served on Friday. We anticipate returning to church around 4:30pm Sunday, January 29th. We WILL stop on the way home to eat lunch so make sure you have some money left over to buy your lunch ($5.00-10.00). Parents, we will call you when we get close to the church so you do not spend your afternoon in the parking lot waiting on us, but please be available from 4:00 pm on (We (adults) will be tired and anxious to get home ourselves!!).
Medications and Emergencies: If you need medications during the weekend, parents must provide written notification of what the medication is, when it is to be taken and dosage. ALL medications must be given to Debi Nichols prior to boarding the bus.
If there is an emergency (inclement weather, bus breakdown, etc) that affects the entire group, we have 2 local contacts that we will notify who in turn will notify you. In case of illness, injury or violation of the Covenant of Conduct, Doug and/or Debi will contact you directly.

Please note, we will be actively involved with this retreat, you may need to leave us a message and we will get back to you ASAP. All students and parents need to print, sign and return both of these forms no later then Sunday January 15th.
